There is a special connection especially between kids and horses. Whether it’s the daughter who won’t lift a finger in the house who runs out in the pouring rain to spend all morning mucking out a stable; or the son who can’t focus in school but spends hours grooming and caring for his horse; to the child recovering from loss or trauma who is learning to trust again, lessons taken from interacting with horses can be life-changing.
From learning sensitivity, respect and responsibility to self-discipline, patience and confidence, horses serve as both teachers and friends, positively impacting our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

“Can’t begin to tell you what a wonderful experience trail riding with Courtney is so laid back, horses are sooo well trained and gentle, not to mention beautiful. These beautiful animals are a direct reflection of their owner. What a sweet, caring soul Courtney is! Thank you, Courtney! We will be back!!!” a review by Marilyn Morrison Bordeaux.
